Charleroi 2025/2026 Goalkeeper Shirt

CHARLEROI - GOALKEEPER SHIRT 2025/2026

Charleroi were founded in 1904 and hail from the hard-working industrial city of Charleroi in the Wallonia region of southern Belgium. Known everywhere as Les Zèbres (The Zebras) for their famous black-and-white stripes, they play at the Stade du Pays de Charleroi, affectionately nicknamed Le Mambourg, right in the heartland of Belgium's old coal and glassmaking country.

The 2025/2026 season, during which this eye-catching goalkeeper shirt was worn, was the club's 122nd in existence and their 14th consecutive campaign in the Belgian Pro League. Rik De Mil began the season in charge but left for Gent in December, with Hans Cornelis taking over until April and Mario Kohnen stepping in as caretaker for the run-in. Les Zèbres finished the regular season 11th on 34 points, then came third in the Europe play-offs.

There was continental football to enjoy along the way, though Charleroi's run in the UEFA Conference League came to an end in the second qualifying round. At home they gave their supporters a cup run to follow too, reaching the semi-finals of the Belgian Cup before bowing out.
